Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Fluent with Rental Man and On the Go use.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and act as a trusted partner to drivers and vendors.
• Optimize routing of drivers and be a DOT regulations expert.
• Support other coordinators at the branch.
• Partner with territory sales representatives to grow the customer base.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through excellent service.
