Herc Rentals is seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator in Memphis, TN. You will be the first point of contact for customers and drive delivery, routing, and inventory coordination to maximize branch performance.

The role emphasizes learning, growth, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations to ensure accurate orders, efficient fleet management, and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position in the Memphis market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience in equipment rental or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate multiple vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of equipment and partner with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers and act as a DOT Regulations expert.
• Support branch coordinators and the territory sales representatives.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue on orders.
