Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man; familiar with On the Go.
• Proficient in DOT Regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment and coordinate with drivers.
• Optimize routing of drivers and support branch coordinators.
• Support territory sales representatives and manage a customer portfolio.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls and provide expert equipment guidance.
• Generate, process, and review daily business reports.
• Assist others with Salesforce.com and prescreen customers in eApply.
