Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Must be fluent in Rental Man and On the Go.
• Proficient in DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions.
• Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment and coordinate with drivers.
• Optimize driver routing with DOT regulations knowledge.
• Assist branch coordinators and support territory sales reps.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue.
• Finalize sales for inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide expert advice on equipment selection and operation.
• Generate and analyze daily business reports and dashboards.
• Support Fleet, Procurement, and branch manager checklists.
• Open accounts and prescreen customers using eApply.
