Herc Rentals is seeking a Project Senior Sales and Operations Coordinator in Memphis, TN. You will be the first point of contact in the branch, handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales reps to grow a diverse customer portfolio.

You will learn to manage a profit and loss statement, analyze daily reports, and become a local expert on fleet and pricing practices, while advancing your career within a top equipment rental company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relatable experience.
• Fluent with Rental Man system.
• Proficient with On the Go platform.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and load securement guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Proactively answer and resolve customer questions and schedule delivery/pickup of equipment.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and branch staff to optimize routing and operations.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and maximize revenue through superior service.
• Provide expert advice on equipment selection, operation, and maintenance.
• Generate and review daily business reports and support teammates.
