Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst in San Jose, CA to transform complex data into actionable insights and optimize critical sales processes. You will own high-visibility projects, partner across the business, and build scalable solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum two years of professional experience.
Experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating large datasets using advanced Excel.
Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, data models, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and executive analyses.
Analyze sales, financial, operational, compensation, and market data for trends and performance drivers.
Lead territory alignment, quota planning, and sales compensation support.
Manage information requests and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, IS, Legal, Compliance, and Support teams to deliver solutions.
Improve processes, data controls, workflows, and documentation for data integrity.
Create executive presentations and decision-support materials with clear recommendations.
