Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and improve efficiency.
• Create training materials, guides, reference documents, and knowledge articles.
• Support data analysis projects and track key metrics to identify trends.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance monitoring.
• Test new tools and system enhancements to support operational excellence.
• Present findings and project updates to team members and stakeholders.
