Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and executive analyses using BI and data visualization tools.
• Analyze sales, financial, operational, compensation, and market data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Lead territory alignment, quota planning, order crediting, and sales compensation support activities.
• Manage information requests, security assessments, and customer questionnaires by coordinating timelines and contributors.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, IS, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver business solutions.
• Improve processes, reporting frameworks, data controls, system workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and data integrity.
• Create executive presentations and decision-support materials with clear recommendations.
