• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions that enhance the employee and customer experience.
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights from business data to support decision-making, track key metrics, and identify trends.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and document processes and requirements.
