Stryker is seeking a Senior Analyst, Market Insights in the United States. The role supports strategic decision-making by delivering quantitative market insights across Medical’s businesses. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to translate data into actionable insights.

Hybrid role; must be within 60 miles of Portage, MI, Redmond, WA, or Cary, IL, with at least 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for candidate.
• 2+ years of professional work experience required.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel experience modeling complex datasets required.
• MBA preferred.
• Prior experience in market research, market insights, strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting strongly preferred.
• Experience with market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, segmentation, or financial modeling preferred.
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead market sizing, modeling, and forecasting across product categories and geographies.
• Analyze market, competitor, customer, and industry data to identify trends, opportunities, risks.
• Develop and maintain competitive landscapes and market share estimates.
• Conduct secondary market research using industry reports and public data sources.
• Build quantitative models and analytical approaches to address data gaps.
• Support market segmentation efforts and develop consistent definitions and frameworks.
• Design and manage external market research engagements and vendor selection.
• Translate market insights into implications for strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Develop executive-ready analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
• Establish scalable processes and best practices for market insights.
