Job summary

Stryker is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams. You will deliver insights, dashboards, and automated reporting that influence pricing, territory decisions, and overall business performance.

You will translate business needs into analytical solutions, support CRM data quality, and develop executive-ready analyses and presentations for leadership. This role offers visibility and opportunities to shape commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with customer, sales, market, or operational data to support business decision-making.
• Experience with Data cleansing and automation

Responsibilities
