Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B sales management experience in energy or petrochemicals.
• Experience leading remote or field-based sales teams.
• Strong communication with engineers and plant teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a remote sales team, set and measure performance, and hire reps.
• Cover the Gulf Coast region from Baton Rouge to Mobile, AL.
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability targets for the East Gulf Coast territory.
• Maintain market awareness of economic, environmental, and competitive trends.
• Coach seven direct-report reps with targeted one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
• Develop a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
