Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Sector Manager, PCR to lead a Gulf Coast sales team from Baton Rouge, LA. You will drive growth across Baton Rouge, New Orleans, Mobile and Pascagoula, targeting a multi-million-dollar revenue portfolio.

The role emphasizes coaching, market knowledge, and collaboration with engineering teams to discuss equipment and project needs. A strong track record in B2B sales leadership and a relevant degree is required.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct B2B sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the petrochemical downstream/midstream markets.
• Ability to discuss equipment with process engineers and plant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a remote sales team across Gulf Coast markets.
• Set, measure, and track sales performance; hire new reps.
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability toward the $50M FY2027 target.
• Enforce pricing standards and ensure sales process adherence.
• Collaborate with Marketing on sector campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day coaching, ride-alongs, and 1:1 field coaching.
