Aggreko, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for Petrochemical and Refining, based in Baton Rouge, LA. You will lead a remote sales team across the East Gulf Coast, driving revenue growth and profitability while partnering with Marketing on campaigns.

The role requires deep industry knowledge and a track record of coaching high-performing teams. Candidates should have 5+ years in B2B sales management and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to discuss equipment solutions

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct business-to-business sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of downstream petrochemical and refining industry.
• Ability to discuss equipment solutions with process engineers and plant teams.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing a sales team.

Aufgaben

• Manage a remote sales team, including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance and hiring new representatives.
• Cover Gulf Coast region from Baton Rouge, LA to Mobile, AL.
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability for East Gulf Coast territory with a $50M FY2027 target.
• Lead, coach, and develop seven direct-report sales representatives through targets and field coaching.
