Job summary

Aggreko plc in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Sales Manager for Petrochemical and Refining to lead a remote sales team across the East Gulf Coast and drive a $50M FY2027 target, while building strong customer relationships.

You will hire, coach, and manage seven direct-report sales reps, set targets, monitor activity, run field coaching sessions, and collaborate with Marketing to deliver sustainable growth with a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct B2B sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of the downstream petrochemical and refining industry.
• Ability to discuss equipment solutions with process engineers and plant technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling a field-based sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a remote sales team, including setting, measuring, and tracking sales performance and hiring new representatives.
• Cover the Gulf Coast region from Baton Rouge, LA to Mobile, AL.
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability growth for the East Gulf Coast territory and deliver the $50M FY2027 target.
• Maintain market awareness and stay current on market trends affecting the industry.
• Enforce pricing standards, execute objectives, and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop seven direct-report sales reps with targeted coaching and ride-alongs.
