Aggreko seeks a Sales Manager, Petrochemical and Refining, to lead a remote team covering the East Gulf Coast from Baton Rouge to Mobile. You will drive growth, manage performance, and develop seven direct-report reps toward a $50M FY2027 target, while coaching for excellence across the team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct business-to-business sales management experience.
• Knowledgeable about the Gulf Coast territory and downstream petrochemical/refining industry.
• Able to discuss equipment solutions with process engineers and plant teams.
• Proven ability to manage and scale a field-oriented sales team.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with strategic/analytic focus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a remote sales team, set and track performance metrics, and hire new reps.
• Cover the Gulf Coast region from Baton Rouge, LA to Mobile, AL.
• Drive revenue, margin, and profitability for East Gulf Coast territory with a $50M FY2027 target.
• Monitor market trends and competitive forces affecting the industry.
• Enforce pricing standards, execute sales objectives, and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead and develop seven direct-report sales reps with targets and coaching sessions.
• Ensure daily leadership, development, and corrective actions to maintain performance.
• Execute targeted plans to penetrate the market and grow share.
• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and teamwork.
