Donohoe Hospitality Services is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager for the AC Hotel Reston and Residence Inn Reston to drive group and transient business through proactive sales initiatives, strategic account management, and strong relationship development. This role requires a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, targeting corporate accounts, and collaborating with Revenue

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience with group sales and account management.
• Proven ability to generate new business and cultivate client relationships.
• Experience managing negotiated corporate accounts and driving transient revenue.
• Strong understanding of corporate travel management and rate negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate new group business through prospecting, networking, and client engagement.
• Identify, solicit, negotiate, and secure corporate accounts that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Build and expand relationships with corporate clients, government agencies, associations, and sports organizations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue opportunities.
