AC Hotel by Marriott and Residence Inn Reston is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all dining operations, with a focus on high-volume banquets and events. You will manage Banquets, Restaurant, and Bar, while partnering with Sales to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead a hands-on team, optimize labor and costs, and uphold top-tier service standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B operations including Banquets, Restaurant, and Bar.
• Plan and execute banquets, weddings, meetings, and events with precision.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate event details and client satisfaction.
• Maintain visible leadership on the floor, coaching staff and ensuring guest engagement.
• Manage labor, food, and beverage costs to meet targets without compromising quality.
• Recruit and mentor F&B supervisors to foster service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Analyze guest feedback and data for continuous improvement.
