Donohoe Hospitality Services is seeking Banquet Servers for AC Hotel Reston / Residence Inn Reston to work at two distinctive environments. You will provide outstanding service for events in Reston Town Center with a modern hotel setting and full-service restaurant.

The role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, greeting guests, inputting orders into POS, and handling guest inquiries with attentiveness and speed.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time-management.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and fulfill guest requests.
• Answer questions about food and drinks, ingredients, and preparation.
• Greet guests promptly and courteously within outlet standards.
• Take drink orders at greeting, deliver beverages, and offer appetizers.
• Input orders into the POS system and merchandise menu items.
