Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts, in conjunction with Fairfax Marriott, seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue through new business development and strategic client management. This full-time role focuses on designated market segments, closing deals, and expanding relationships with high-value clients.

The position includes leadership of a sales team, cross-functional collaboration, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Prospect and close on assigned accounts/territory.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct site inspections and meetings.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with revenue management team.
• Mentor junior sales staff and collaborate with marketing/operations.
• Attend daily HHBR meetings and represent the hotel at events.
