Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in corrugated manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with Amtech and strong email communication.
• Ability to learn and navigate customer web portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to sales team for training, support and execution of the Sales Pipeline process.
• Monitor sales volume, product mix, pricing and profitability to drive organic growth.
• Analyze competitors to identify strengths and market trends.
• Recruit, train and motivate sales staff.
• Set goals for sales and design employees.
• Manage account assignments and support major accounts for customer service.
• Conduct sales meetings and quarterly reviews with Sales Representatives.
• Oversee credit controls and receivables with accounting.
• Prepare annual sales forecasts.
• Directly supervise all department employees.
• Review sales reports and identify opportunities and concerns.
• Coordinate with customers and participate in entertainment and events.
