Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing or corrugated packaging.
5 years of sales leadership preferred.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding objectives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales team to exceed volume and profit goals.
Develop the sales strategy for the business unit with the Senior Director of Sales.
Manage pipeline and forecasts to meet growth objectives.
Negotiate large customer contracts and formal agreements.
Mentor and onboard new team members; retain top talent.
