You will manage the broadcast/digital sales teams, hire and coach staff, and develop strategies to exceed targets. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven track record in media sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree aligned with marketing, advertising or mass communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of media sales experience.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience guiding and mentoring personnel and setting performance standards.
• Ability to develop long-range objectives and implement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead broadcast and digital sales teams to meet revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for local and digital revenue.
• Hire, evaluate, promote, and terminate sales staff as needed.
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of sales professionals.
• Forecast revenue and manage accounts receivable.
• Cultivate client relationships alongside Account Executives.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Drive new business development.
