Job summary

Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Director of Multi-Platform Sales to lead revenue growth across digital and traditional platforms. You will guide a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives, bridging data-driven digital and cross-platform solutions to grow current and new revenue streams across the Nexstar Digital portfolio and local news products.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in marketing/communications/business; MBA a plus.
8–10 years of media sales experience in broadcast TV or audio.
Minimum 3 years in a digital leadership role.
Advanced digital ad tech knowledge (OTT, programmatic, SEO/SEM, social).
Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.
Proficient with BI software for insights.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams.
Proven ability to translate data into client solutions.
