Job summary

Amcor in Washington state seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sales and profitability goals.

You’ll coach and develop your team through the sales process, build strong customer partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations, and other teams to turn opportunities into results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 12+ years of experience across technical, sales, and general management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in senior sales leadership roles.
• Experience in multinational packaging or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing sales team to grow the business and meet profitability goals.
• Coach and develop the team through the sales process and build customer partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, Customer Service, Operations and other teams.
• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and talent development.
• Maintain Salesforce account plans and provide senior-level updates.
