Job summary

eInfochips, an Arrow company, seeks a Senior Manager - Sales to grow across embedded, software, AI/ML, and cloud services in the Northeast US and Canada. You will hunt enterprise opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

A background of 7–10 years in PES ER&D or related sales in healthcare, media, semiconductors or industrials is required, with a proven track record selling SW, cloud engineering and DevOps to enterprise clients.

Qualifications

Experience: 7-10 years PES ER&D (Engg and R&D) Sales experience in Healthcare / Media / Semi-Conductor/ Industrial Verticals
Work experience with design service companies with successful track record selling ODC/offshore/CoE
Demonstrable experience selling SW, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Integration design engineering service to enterprise, device, system, SW clients
Hunting (new accounts) and scaling (existing accounts)

Responsibilities

Run complete sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.
Develop and present the eInfochips value propositions – in Embedded, Firmware, hardware, software, IOT, Mobility, AI/ML. Analytics, Cloud Operations and others to the potential customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with Director & VP level executives at targeted firms.
