Job summary

eInfochips Inc., an Arrow company, seeks a Senior Manager - Sales to drive strategic growth across Northeast US and Canada, hunting new accounts and expanding relationships with executives.

You’ll lead end-to-end sales cycles, present value propositions across embedded, software, IoT and cloud, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close multi-year contracts.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling SW, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Integration design services to enterprise, device, system, SW clients.
• Work experience with design service companies with successful track records selling offshore/CoE/ODC.
• Hunting new accounts and scaling existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Pro-active analysis of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities in target business lines and identify potential customers.
• Develop and present eInfochips value propositions across Embedded, Firmware, hardware, software, IoT, Mobility, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud Operations.
• Understand customer digital transformation and industry technology trends.
• Hunt/prospect/call on mid-size and enterprise customers across Northeast US and Canada.
• Run complete sales process: initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation, negotiation and signing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and build a strong pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with Director & VP level executives.
