Job summary

Bloomingdale’s, LLC in Florida seeks a Store Leader/Business Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a diverse team, recruit and onboard talent, and supervise merchandising direction with the Visual Merchandise Manager, ensuring inventory flow and store standards.

You will manage a multi-million dollar portion of the store’s business, balance priorities across selling, service, and operations, and motivate your team to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; 3–5 years direct experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
• Strong planning and execution of strategies.
• Ability to manage workflow to meet priorities.
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book, driving outreach.
• Support store priorities and act as an engaged leader.
• Oversee merchandising direction with Visual Merchandise Manager and Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and signage are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track key metrics.
