Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book to maximize business.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Oversee merchandising direction with Visual Merchandiser/Merchandise Manager.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and signing are completed.
• Provide daily oversight of fulfillment and track metrics for optimal fill rate.
