Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Store Leader to drive the customer and colleague experience. As a Business Sales Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver the Bloomingdale's mission and manage a multi-million dollar component of the store's business.

You will recruit, onboard and develop direct reports, coach sales associates, lead merchandising initiatives with the Visual Merchandising Manager, and ensure orders are fulfilled promptly while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies, monitor workflow, and achieve priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion the use of selling technology for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling and build a client book.
• Support store priorities and act as an engaged leader.
• Own merchandising direction with VM/Merch Manager.
• Ensure replenishment, floor moves and signing are completed.
• Oversee fulfillment process and track metrics for optimal fill rate.
