Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 3-5 years direct experience in retail leadership.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology to support customer experience.
• Lead and educate relationship selling, building a client book and driving outreach.
• Assist in executing merchandising direction with the team.
• Ensure replenishment, floor moves and signing are completed.
• Oversee daily fulfillment and monitor metrics to optimize fill rate.
