Job summary

Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC is establishing a new Tempe office and is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic planning, staffing, and sales growth. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership of both remote and onsite teams.

The ideal candidate will build and lead a team of sales managers, coaches, and trainers, drive performance through coaching and monitoring, and cultivate strong partnerships with corporate stakeholders to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven operational expertise in establishing and running a new business office.
• Strong leadership experience managing managers, coaches, and trainers.
• Demonstrated remote-team management with a focus on sales achievement.
• Expertise in performance management, call monitoring, and coaching.
• Ability to build relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Insurance, sales management, or leadership certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and run the new Tempe office.
• Build, develop, and lead a team of sales managers, coaches, and trainers.
