Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC is establishing a new Tempe office and is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic planning, staffing, and sales growth. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership of both remote and onsite teams.

The ideal candidate will build and lead a team of sales managers, coaches, and trainers, drive performance through coaching and monitoring, and cultivate strong partnerships with corporate stakeholders to achieve targets.

Qualifications
