Job summary

Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead with customer-focused selling and ensure daily store operations run smoothly. You will drive sales, manage opening/closing routines, and support safety and compliance across ATF procedures.

The role emphasizes accuracy, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and meet store metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Handle opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain daily store operations, inventory flow, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure firearm safety protocols and ATF compliance, including 4473 form handling.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and build customer relationships.
• Escalate issues and support Store Leadership as needed.
