As a Senior Sales Associate, you will drive personal sales while ensuring flawless store operations, safety, and compliance, acting as a key support to Store Leadership in opening/closing routines and daily processes.

You will review KPIs, coach the team to exceed sales targets, and deliver top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
