Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to follow complex compliance procedures with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Range USA standards.
• Review KPIs and coach the team to meet expectations.
• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales metrics.
• Build customer relationships and increase basket size through product knowledge.
• Execute daily operational tasks including opening/closing, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Produce and maintain daily store metrics, huddle notes, and schedules.
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure firearm safety protocols are followed by customers and staff.
• Maintain ATF compliance and background-check procedures.
• Safeguard confidential information and ensure regulatory standards.
• Ensure range readiness, safety, and cleanliness; escalate parts requirements to ASL.
