Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, seeks a Senior Sales Associate to drive personal sales and manage daily store operations with a focus on safety and compliance. You will open/close the store, manage registers, and coach the team to meet sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex compliance procedures.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive personal sales and achieve store metrics (firearms, memberships, classes, promotions).
• Execute opening/closing routines, register management, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and ATF compliance (4473 forms, background checks).
• Support inventory flow, merchandising, and ad set execution to maintain visual standards.
