Range USA is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead sales efforts and support store operations. You will focus on increasing basket size through product knowledge and customer relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or specialty retail environments preferred.
• Ability to follow complex compliance procedures and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal and store sales through product knowledge and relationship building.
• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and scheduling.
• Ensure firearm safety protocols and ATF compliance, including 4473 forms and background checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, handle inventory and merchandising.
• Coach teammates using KPI data to meet or exceed sales targets.
