Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Consultant for a hybrid role, combining in‑office collaboration with remote work. You will design, implement, and manage incentive programs that drive business goals, partnering with global teams to ensure accurate payments and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in compensation or incentive programs, strong data skills, and experience with Excel/SQL, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• At least five years of progressive experience in compensation, incentive compensation, or sales operations.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross‑functional implementations.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting and issue resolution.
• Contributes to design, implementation, and ongoing management of incentive programs across products and measures.
• Partners with sales incentive team and stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability and user experience.
• Consults with business leaders to design incentive programs aligned with business goals.
• Works with technology/ops teams to implement plan requirements and test configurations.
• Develops analyses and forecasts to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
