Job summary

HCSC is seeking a team member to calculate sales incentives and retention bonuses for the sales organization across all segments. The role ensures precise incentive system calculations and on-time delivery of statements for new business, life, renewal, and retention.

You will review disbursement accuracy, fix system exceptions, and help design new incentive structures. The position supports training for incentive specialists, works in a flex (hybrid) setup with three days in office and two days

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field and 1 year of incentive experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic Excel Skills
• Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office & Collaboration: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentives and retention bonuses for account representatives and sales executives.
• Ensure accuracy of the sales incentive system calculations and timely delivery of incentive statements.
• Review and remediate system exceptions and error reports related to incentives by individual, product code, company, and cost center.
• Develop and test new structures and calculations for new products or incentive programs and format reports.
• Contribute to training on sales incentive processes and calculations.
