Job summary

Cambia Health in Renton is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Consultant for a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will design, implement and manage incentive plans, partnering with sales and tech teams to drive performance and accurate payments.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in business or related field and at least five years in incentive compensation or sales operations, with strong Excel and SQL, cross-functional leadership, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or equivalent; at least five years in compensation/incentive compensation or related fields.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional implementations.
• Ability to translate incentive strategy into clear business/ data/ process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs, including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting and issue resolution.
• Contributes to design and management of incentive compensation programs across plans and measures.
• Partners with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability and user experience.
• Consults with leaders to design and implement incentive programs that support business goals.
• Collaborates with tech/ops teams to configure and test plans and improve processes.
• Develops analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Serves as SME, providing guidance and training on incentive compensation.
