Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Consultant for a hybrid role with in-office presence three days per week. You will design, implement, and manage incentive plans while collaborating with the sales compensation team and business leaders to drive reward structures aligned with company goals.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with experience in incentive systems and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field; 5+ years in compensation/incentive compensation or related field preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and cross-functional program implementations.
• Ability to translate incentive strategy into requirements and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting and issue resolution.
• Contributes to design and management of incentive compensation programs across plans and measures.
• Partner with teams to improve efficiency, scalability, and participant experience of incentive programs.
