Cambia Health is seeking a Sales Incentive Consultant Senior to design, implement, and manage complex incentive programs across multiple regions. This role partners with the sales compensation team and business leaders to translate compensation strategies into actionable plans that drive the right behaviors and business results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive experience in compensation, incentive compensation, or sales operations.

Aufgaben

• Administers sales incentive programs, including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Designs and manages incentive compensation programs, including new plans and changes.
• Collaborates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of programs.
• Consults with leaders to design programs that support business goals.
• Works with tech and operations to implement plan requirements and testing.
• Develops analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness.
