Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in compensation or incentive programs.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and cross-functional implementations.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and forecasting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive plans with eligibility, targets, payments, and reporting.
• Designs and manages incentive programs; implement new plans and changes.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Consults with leaders to design programs supporting business goals.
• Works with IT and operations to configure plans and test systems.
• Develops analyses and forecasts to evaluate program effectiveness.
