Univar Solutions USA Inc. is hiring a Senior Sales Incentive Plan Analyst to manage incentive compensation processing, reporting, and analysis to drive sales performance across business units.

The role is hybrid and based at our Downers Grove, IL headquarters, with responsibilities including accruals, reports, statements, and plan administration to ensure accurate and timely commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience administering sales incentive or commission programs.
• Ability to build partnerships across Sales, Finance, HR, and other functions.
• Proven ability to work independently while aligning with priorities.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience supporting national sales organizations with 100+ reps.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Calculate sales incentive accruals and payments per close requirements.
• Produce reports and data supporting plan design and performance.
• Provide quarterly compensation statements and reporting to sales staff and management.
• Ensure accurate commission processing and best practices during close.
• Administer sales compensation plans and align with plan requirements.
• Develop and track commission metrics, reporting, and analysis.
