Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Incentive Consultant to design, implement, and manage our incentive programs. You will collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payments and align compensation with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience administering complex incentive plans and leading cross-functional implementations.

Responsibilities

• Administers sales incentive programs including eligibility, targets, calculations, payments, and reporting.
• Designs and manages incentive plans, products, and measures.
• Partner with sales incentive team and stakeholders to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
• Consult with leaders to design incentive programs supporting business goals.
• Work with IT and operations to configure plans, test, and improve processes.
• Develop analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to evaluate program effectiveness.
