You will recruit, train, and coach reps, develop territory plans, forecast monthly revenue, and collaborate with license, consulting, and education managers to execute joint account plans and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading field sales teams and driving revenue growth.
• Strong strategic planning and territory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops a sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training in Oracle’s sales process.
• Sells Oracle products to customers, negotiating price and terms of sale.
• Develops and executes territory plans to maximize revenue and forecasts monthly revenue.
• Builds relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers for joint account planning.
• Leads weekly progress meetings and manages escalations.
