Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Platform & OCI Account Executive to lead the SLED portfolio across State, Local Government and Education in North America. You will build pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and win complex cloud opportunities by aligning data and AI solutions with agency priorities.

This role requires hunting, executive relationship development with CIOs/CTOs, and collaboration with Cloud Engineering, AI Specialists, and Marketing to drive OCI, database, analytics, and multi-cloud

Qualifications

4 years of enterprise technology sales experience.
Experience managing the full enterprise sales cycle.
Experience selling cloud, data, or AI solutions.
Ability to develop executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across State, Local Government, and Education accounts.
Prospect into assigned accounts through executive outreach and strategic business development.
Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, CISOs, and IT leaders.
Position Oracle’s Data Platform and OCI portfolio to solve customers’ challenges.
Lead discussions on data modernization, AI adoption, and cloud migration.
Drive sales of Oracle Database, Autonomous DB, Analytics, Data Integration, Data Lakehouse, OCI, and multi-cloud solutions.
Develop and execute territory/account plans to generate pipeline and meet sales objectives.
Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
