You will handle hundreds of interactions weekly and quote confidently using CharterUP’s marketplace technology. We’re looking for sharp, decisive sales athletes with 3+ years of experience, capable of closing

Qualificações

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding goals.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Skilled in navigating high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsabilidades

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion rates, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound opportunities to capture new business and expand existing ones.
• Create tailored quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace to minimize friction in the booking process.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up patterns to sustain conversion velocity and accuracy in CRM.
• Build urgency and trust in every interaction to close decisively and grow relationships.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships within high-value accounts.
