As a Sales Manager, you will drive revenue through inbound and outbound efforts, manage key accounts, and build a strong book of business. You will close new deals, expand recurring relationships, and ensure top-tier customer experiences across a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to balance high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multi-contact organizations.
• Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack).
• Analytical and data-driven with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Close new customers and expand recurring ones.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and own revenue targets.
• Drive bookings through confident, assumptive selling and effective objection handling.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation across systems (Salesforce, Outreach, G‑Suite, Slack).
• Collaborate with leadership on performance reviews to refine tactics and improve execution.
